The hotel is situated at a perfect location, less than a block from the Shepler Ferry, right across from the Sheplers ferry dock, ideal for morning ferry rides and close to bars. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and overlook the lake, providing fantastic views and beautiful sunrises. However, the dining experience was disappointing with limited breakfast options.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very spacious, which is unusual to find on the island, with beautiful wallpaper. The corner room I had was amazing, with beautiful decor and a jet tub. The service was top-notch, from their friendliness upon arrival to accommodating an early check-in. The location was perfect, right on the main street close to everything. However, the dining experience was a bit poor, and the additional charge for an omelette seemed inconsistent with the room rate. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
